We listen, act, and transform
As an LCSW licensed in (New York, Maine, North Dakota, South Dakota, Washington, Minnesota, Alaska, Florida, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Mississippi, Montana, and Alabama) with over a decade of experience supporting individuals with complex and high-acuity mental health needs, my work is grounded in trauma-informed and trauma-responsive care. I specialize in working with BIPOC, LGBTQI+, neurodivergent clients, and rural populations and communities that often deserve more attuned, affirming, and culturally grounded support than they’ve historically received.
My approach centers on collaboration. My role is not to “fix” you, because you are not broken. The aim is to “work myself out of a job” by helping you strengthen your internal compass and external advocacy skills so you can navigate systems and relationships independently.
In our work together, you can expect: A space where your identities are affirmed and honored A focus on building practical coping and self-advocacy skills Support in processing trauma at a pace that feels safe Honest, compassionate collaboration grounded in dignity and agency A belief in your resilience—even when you’re struggling to see it
